PFC Fabrication Services - Design:

PFC designers use AutoCAD workstations to create shop drawings and customer-approval drawings.  We interact closely with customer engineering staff to insure your design is ready for fabrication. 

If desired, we have long-standing relationships with local certified engineering firms for design-build projects.  All it takes is a concept for PFC to turn it into a piece of hardware, large or small.

PFC Fabrication Services - Panels:

PFC's reputation as a panel fabricator speaks for itself.  Our personnel have built thousands of panels for a variety of applications.  We have experience in all facets of panel fabrication, including established techniques for estimating job costs.  These techniques, similar to those used by NASA for project estimations, include multiple regression statistical analyses based on system components and complexity.  We also use our historical databases and computerized worksheets to assist in developing timely and accurate panel construction estimates.

PFC Fabrication Services - Skids:

PFC is extremely proficient and experienced in the design and and fabrication of process skids.  We routinely size and place all required pumps, reservoirs, piping, tubing, valves, controls, components and other equipment. 

Our skids typically are controlled electronically controlled via programmable logic controllers and a touch screen graphical interface.    All fabrication and cleaning for our skids is performed in-house.

PFC Fabrication Services - Tubing:  

PFC is a well-know expert in determining the best possible routing scheme for tubing, based on experience, unique designs, clearances available, etc., during the initial project build up.  PFC often lays out groups of project sub-assemblies in our large work room and builds up tubing runs for the group as a whole.  These runs are based on spacing for other runs, minimum support spacing distances, multiple tubing runs and the maintenance of vertical and horizontal runs in design considerations.

PFC Fabrication Services - Painting:  

PFC has large on-site environmentally friendly corrosion control facilities and we are able to apply paint in accordance with the most stringent of specifications. 

Coatings are usually inspected by National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certified inspectors as required by our customers.  We perform surface preparation, coating application, touchup, and inspection in accordance with all customer contract specifications and applicable drawings.  We understand that often a 100% inspection is required during all phases of work.

Surface preparation, mixing/coating, and touchup may be inspected by a certified NACE inspector Level I or above, and a certified NACE Level III may approve the complete work in writing.  The NACE Level III may also apply the certification seal and certification to documentation attesting to its compliance.
