President Robert Kelly bkelly@precweb.com

Robert Kelly has 21 years of experience at Precision and over 30 years in the construction business.  Mr. Kelly oversees all aspects of Precision operations.  He has been responsible for the successful completion of numerous projects, many worked at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station for launch support.  Mr. Kelly has a record of efficient manpower allocation, accurate project estimation and scheduling, maintaining Precision’s outstanding quality and safety record, and exceeding customer’s expectations.  

Chief Financial Officer Jason Shye jshye@precweb.com

Jason Shye is responsible for all financial, administrative, and business development aspects of PEI, PFC, and PMI.  He is a degreed administrator with 20 years experience in business management.  Mr. Shye has hands-on experience in all aspects of Precision, with successful track record in improvement of administration, sales, training, procedures, accounting, employee relations, safety, environmental concerns, and operations. 

Vice President of Operations Todd Gray tgray@precweb.com

Todd Gray has 15 years experience in the field of engineering and engineering management.  He is responsible for all aspects of Precision operations.  Mr. Gray has been highly involved with successful launch support projects including design, construction, testing, and validation of hardware. 

Quality Manager Toby Gardner tgardner@precweb.com

Toby Gardner has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has substantial experience involving the management of quality control on projects.  He has held a range of positions in which he has planned, directed, supervised and executed all activities in compliance with project specific requirements.  Mr. Gardner has been responsible for all aspects & phases of inspection, created procedures for ISO 9000 compliance certification, executed ISO 9000 compliant procedures, instituted project controls, and has overseen quality inspections for a variety of projects in the field and in the shop.   He has supervised and directed personnel involved in quality control work, including personnel administration, technical direction of activities, resolution of problem areas, and conducting in-house training.  Mr. Gardner has performed internal / external audits to ensure quality control requirements are implemented and maintained and has provided the necessary documentation to customers to ensure compliance and correctness of delivered products.

Safety and Environmental Manager Siva Thotapalli sthotapalli@precweb.com

With a Master of Science degree in environmental studies, Siva Thotapalli has held the safety manager position with Precision for over 10 years.  He is thoroughly familiar with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.  He has completed various seminars and certifications to advance his knowledge of safety issues.   

KAMAG Equipment and Service Manager Walter Kramp wkramp@precweb.com

Walter Kramp manages and provides oversight of Precision equipment services. Mr. Kramp ensures compliance with requirements and specifications, identifies areas beyond project scope or impacts to projects, and plans, schedules, and monitors project activities. He ensures adequate resources exist for project performance, and continually meets or exceeds budgeted profit projections. Mr. Kramp also participates in technical, cost and change order proposal development and negotiates contracts and contract modifications. He has over 10 years experience as a manager and almost forty years experience in the field of equipment and vehicle maintenance.

Engineering Manager

James Bowers jbowers@precweb.com

James Bowers has worked as a Project Manager and Engineering Specialist for aerospace launch support operations for over 24 years, including specialized experience in the areas of maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, and test operations of support systems and individual components.  Mr. Bowers is experienced in the supervision of large crews, cost estimation, scheduling, quality control, safety and contract management for a variety of projects.

Tube Trailer Specialist Richard Cooley rcooley@precweb.com

Richard Cooley has 24 years of experience in welding supply and gas services.  He supervises the Precision tube trailer rental program and is able to assist customers in determining their needs.  Mr. Cooley is responsible for the complete scheduling, billing, sales, and operation of the trailers. He has been directly involved in recent projects with Precision trailers, including the Manatee Power Plant new construction, pneumatic testing at Patrick Air Force Base, and purging systems at the Oleander Power Plant.
